What's the process for writing services?
We start with a brief questionnaire and review any existing materials. We then schedule a consultation, usually 90 to 120 minutes, occasionally longer. We take as long as it takes, no restrictions. First draft follows within four business days, then a collaborative review process with as many rounds as the work needs.
How much does this cost?
We discuss pricing on the discovery call once we understand your requirements, seniority, role complexity and timeline. We don't publish fixed prices because every engagement is different and because a brief conversation ensures it's the right fit from both sides.
What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is four business days from completion of the consultation. Express options of 24 or 48 hours are available for urgent deadlines. Please mention any urgent timelines as early as possible.
Is coaching included?
Coaching is central to everything we do, not an add-on. The consultation goes well beyond gathering information. We explore your strengths, your narrative, your differentiation and your targets. Many clients describe it as the most useful career conversation they've ever had.
Why does my LinkedIn need to differ from my resume?
A resume or CV is a formal document targeted at a specific role. A LinkedIn profile is a living personal brand on a social media platform that works continuously in the background. It needs to tell the same story, but the tone is warmer with a structure that will engage an online audience. The goal is to complement your applications with an engaging, authentic balance, as well as to attract inbound messages rather than respond to specific opportunities.
Do I need a cover letter?
It's usually best to send one as the data supports it; 74% of in-house decision-makers like to see one, whether it's been requested or not. A weak cover letter can completely undo an otherwise excellent application. Over 80% of hiring decision-makers give preference to candidates who submit a good one.
