A career strategy session with Devin is included as part of every writing engagement. We agree your target roles, your narrative and your value proposition before a word is written. The document follows the strategy, not the other way around.
Step 2: Deep dive consultation
For all writing work, the career strategy session is extended to 90-120 minutes to cover your career, your achievements and your targets. As we work through your career, patterns emerge, strengths crystallise and a picture forms of who you are and what you can offer. Some clients experience epiphanies, a moment where everything clicks into place. You'll leave with a clearer sense of your own value than when you arrived.
Step 3: First draft

What's the process for writing services?
We start with a brief questionnaire and review any existing materials. We then schedule a consultation, usually 90 to 120 minutes, occasionally longer. We take as long as it takes, no restrictions. First draft follows within four business days, then a collaborative review process with as many rounds as the work needs.
How much does this cost?
We discuss pricing on the discovery call once we understand your requirements, seniority, role complexity and timeline. We don't publish fixed prices because every engagement is different and because a brief conversation ensures it's the right fit from both sides.
What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is four business days from completion of the consultation. Express options of 24 or 48 hours are available for urgent deadlines — please mention this when you book.
Is coaching included with the writing service?
Coaching is central to everything we do, not an add-on. The consultation goes well beyond gathering information. We explore your strengths, your narrative, your differentiation and your targets. Many clients describe it as the most useful career conversation they've ever had.
