What's the difference between Core, Essentials & Complete?
Core gives you the essential tools to present yourself at the highest level, spanning career strategy, elite-level written materials and an optimised LinkedIn presence.
Essentials adds the full suite of supporting documents, covering every situation and channel, all aligned with the same strategy and voice.
Complete adds our three-session interview training programme and three hours of flexible coaching support, used however you need it most.
If your written materials are the priority, Core or Essentials is probably right for you. If you want the full partnership from strategy to offer, Complete is the one.
How long does the programme take?
This depends on your timeline and how quickly we can schedule consultations. Most clients complete the written materials phase within one to two weeks. Interview training and coaching are scheduled around your search as it develops.
Can I start with Core or Essentials then upgrade?
Yes. If you begin with Core or Essentials and decide you want more materials, interview training or coaching support as your search progresses, we can add those services at any point.
How much does it cost?
We discuss pricing on the discovery call once we understand your requirements, seniority and timeline. We don't publish fixed prices because every engagement is different, plus a brief conversation helps to check it's the right fit.
Will I work with Devin throughout?
